The CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) and its regulatory constraints, competition from major players and the fear of innovation exacerbate the difficulties encountered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-9h1te37\">The desire to participate in the renewal of the wheat-flour-bread industry<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-bcuun40\">Convinced that a <strong>different, more sustainable and autonomous model was possible for the farming world<\/strong>, Jean-Marie became fully involved in the sector as soon as he resumed his studies. It was then that he discovered the invention of brothers Pierre and Andr\u00e9 Astri\u00e9: an exceptional stone mill, simple and respectful of the raw material and of an agricultural heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6ljt743\">Jean-Marie, convinced by the potential and driven by a <strong>bold vision<\/strong>, decided to start manufacturing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moulin-astreia.com\/en\/invention-brothers-astrie\/\">Astri\u00e9 mills<\/a> with Andr\u00e9&#8217;s agreement. Initially to meet his own needs as a cereal grower and baker, but quickly with the vision of enabling the whole sector to benefit from this innovation; from cereal growers to bakers and farmers, of course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-go9bf49\">In the early days of Astre\u00efa, Jean-Marie built his mills alone in his garage and, like any entrepreneur, experienced a few setbacks. But his determination drove him on, and he gradually surrounded himself with a team of enthusiasts like himself. Since then, Astre\u00efa has gone from strength to strength, and together we are pursuing our mission of instigating a radical change in the model of the wheat-flour-bread industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-nq2zy53\">Astre\u00efa: the commitment and expertise of an industry professional<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-baqe556\">Today, <strong>at Astre\u00efa, we are developing solutions to meet the needs of professional cereal growers, farmers, millers, bakers and pasters<\/strong>.
