These include traditional <strong>roller mills and stone mills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While these can be used to produce <strong>organic white flour<\/strong>, they make the production of <strong>organic wholemeal flour<\/strong> more difficult. This is because their rapid <strong>rotation speed<\/strong> means that the grain cannot retain all its <strong>nutritional properties<\/strong>. The idea is to retain all the goodness in the <strong>organic cereal<\/strong> so that your <strong>bread<\/strong>, <strong>biscuits<\/strong> or <strong>pastries<\/strong> are truly nutritious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During processing, you need to keep :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>almond<\/strong>, which contains sugars and proteins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>germ<\/strong>, which contains many vitamins that are excellent for your health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>shell<\/strong>, which contains minerals and vitamins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And if you want to keep all that when <strong>producing your organic flour<\/strong>, the <strong>Astri\u00e9 electric mill<\/strong> is ideal.
