There are very few manufacturers of Astri\u00e9 mills today, and most sell their mills before they have even been made. Unfortunately, manufacturers who don’t offer genuine Astri\u00e9 mills<\/strong> do exist on the market, which makes your search even more complicated. In fact, it’s sometimes difficult to find a player who fully respects the invention of the Astri\u00e9 brothers, and this sometimes confuses our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Often, the stone used for grinding is not made from Sidobre granite<\/strong>. Yet it was this stone, and only this stone<\/strong>, that was used by Pierre and Andr\u00e9 Astri\u00e9. There are other types of stone, of course, but we have no way of knowing what they are really used for. It would be a mistake to ignore the raw material used in the grinding wheels. In short, looking for an Astri\u00e9 mill for sale<\/strong> that is already in production means taking the risk of choosing a product that will not meet your needs but those for which the mill was made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Astri\u00e9 mill is a very simple concept that is a coherent whole<\/strong>. Removing a part of one mill to add it to another mill that has been designed for a different purpose or with a different intention will inevitably result in a lower quality of flour or a reduced yield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
