Why better flour?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Flour from an Astri\u00e9 stone mill is made from the whole grain<\/strong>. The Astri\u00e9 milling system allows you to roll and finely grind the flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flour is no longer crushed by the weight of the millstones, but is rolled out very finely between the millstones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This unrolling of the seed changes everything<\/strong>, because by unrolling the seed, your mill will retain the germ and its kernel and will then extract the husk of the wheat grain (the bran).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, in your flour, you’ll find the germ of the seed and the whole kernel.<\/strong> The only thing that will be extracted is the wheat kernel husk, i.e. the bran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By recovering the germ of the grain and its kernel, you obtain a very high quality, highly valuable flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
