An astri\u00e9 mill is a type of mill used to grind grain. It generally consists of a stone millstone, a motor and a transmission system that regulates the rotation speed of the millstone. It is powered by an electric motor and is generally used to grind wheat, maize, small spelt, rye, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
