EACH HIS OWN CRAFTSMANSHIP

Since our creation, we have been committed to designing a simple, coherent and robust machine. Many of you are embarking onpasta making. We took a long time to finda trusted partner who works the same way as us: knowing his product, making it, using it, training you and passing on to you what you need to know to make a decent living from your profession.

A PARTNER AND NOT A RESELLER

You can therefore acquire your professional stone grinder from Astréïa and you will find Italgi, a few steps from us, who will be able to advise you on your pasta processing workshop.

WE DO NOT RESELL THEIR MACHINES

No "purchase-resale" is carried out. Italgi keeps its expertise and we keep ours. You have at your disposal two experts on two different trades and we collaborate so that your project is coherent. We know how to accompany you on our expertise before your purchase.... and especially after

Introducing Italgi - For your pasta machine

Diego Accettuli, 27 years of experience & of passion

Diego Accettulli was born in Genoa in 1974, in the “troffie al pesto” region. He also lived in the “bigoli” region, in Venice, the romantic city known to all.

• Fresh pasta, dry pasta, laminated pasta and ravioli, it's a family story! Her parents were working. for a company that still produces industrial equipment for the manufacture of pasta. Even his grandparents made pasta in a small laboratory in Spain.

• He arrived in France in 1994, in the country where pasta is called “  noodles”. He wanted to make known the company ITALGI, manufacturer in Liguria of production machines for fresh and dry pasta, a company he still represents today.

A training center for more than 20 years

Passionate at heart, he created his first training center in 1998 to teach his customers the art of pasta, the techniques for producing fresh pasta, stuffed pasta, special formats and traditional recipes.

In 2013, convinced by Diego's project, Richard joined the Italgi France team. It provides all the advice on the most suitable machine for the desired activity. To share his experience, he also helps the technical office in the development of various projects.
