Why choose the Authentique 100 Mill?
- Add value to your cereals by processing your grain into flour directly on your farm
- Scale up your production to as much as 30 kg of semi-wholemeal flour per hour and 350 kg per day
- Adapt your offering while maintaining control over production by choosing the grains to mill, the volumes to produce and the types of flour best suited to your markets
- Produce flour in a single pass, with milling, sifting, extraction and bagging carried out in succession
- Automate your milling operations by allowing the mill to run independently (provided that the grain hopper is continuously supplied) thanks to automatic shut-off when the hopper is empty or the flour bags are full
- Diversify your flour range by using different sieves to adjust the flour’s fineness according to the grain processed and the desired end product

What are the benefits of the Authentique 100 Mill?
- 100 cm stone millstones: Their exceptional hardness provides excellent wear resistance and more consistent production while reducing the frequency of stone dressing. Dense, 100% natural and free from chemical binders, they do not crumble.
- An output designed for regular production: The mill produces up to 30 kg of semi-wholemeal flour per hour, or approximately 350 kg per day in around 12 hours of operation.
- Flour produced in a single pass: Milling and sifting are performed in succession, with an 80% extraction rate for semi-wholemeal wheat flour.
- Automated production: Automatic extraction and bagging reduce manual handling. The mill stops automatically when the hopper is empty and the flour bags are full.
- Automated production throughout the day: When combined with a continuous grain feed system and a 14-bag filling station, the mill can operate for up to 12 hours without intervention in the bagging process.
- Several types of flour from a single mill: Interchangeable sieves allow the particle size of the flour to be adjusted.
- Settings tailored to each production run: The grain feed rate and micrometric adjustment of the gap between the millstones allow all types of grain to be milled, except oilseeds.
How the mill works
Thanks to a spring-mounted oscillating millstone system, the grain is gently rolled between the stones rather than crushed. Milling and sifting are completed in a single pass.
The Astrié process incorporates the germ into the flour while preserving, as much as possible, the starch–gluten bonds, the protein structure and the grain’s nutritional qualities.
The resulting flour is supple, easy to work with, more nutritious and easier for your customers to digest. Astréïa flour faithfully reflects the characteristics of the grain used: a true expression of its terroir!
